We're not gonna tell you that Orville Studley's Beef Jerky is the kind the Native Americans cooked up over their campfires or that tasting our old fashioned jerky would release in your mouth “a symphony of flavors”, etc. etc. You'll wanta see for yourself, and we know you'll come back.

What we will tell ya is that we are a small business with a big future! We are a family run business, and where Mom and Dad find the kids building new markets and driving new success for us all. Our products are from a USDA inspected plant with eight (8) employees located in the foothills of the Missouri Ozark, and our retail sales and marketing is managed from Old Three Rivers, CA, where many of our neighbors -and customers, are genuine cowboys, ranch hands, mountain guides or workin in one way or another in the Sierra Mountains and Sequoia National Park.

We only use locally produced beef or beef produced within the United States; not Argentina , Brazil , Australia , or some other far off place. All of our ovens are homemade and it probably takes twice as long to cook our product as compared to those fella's using commercial smokers. The work is labor intensive and we literally make “One piece at a time.” That's the commitment we make to produce a high quality product using gourmet ingredients without the preservatives made in the U.S.A.

You won't find Orville Studley's Jerky just anywhere because when you deliver a homemade jerky like ours you don't set your sights on filling a national grocery or discount club, then trying to keep it fresh from truck-to-truck!. Instead, we ship it one order at a time to folks wanting the very best -just like you. And we're workin closely with select fund raising organizations that want a healthy, natural product -not candy bars and cookies, and can appreciate our love for the old west, the American Rancher, and using only genuine US beef and the finest natural ingredients one can buy.
